07-04-2010: Swimming anyone??

This isn't exactly how we planned to spend the 4th.  We've had 8 inches of rain since Thursday night, and the water was 3 feet deep in the basement (about 16,000 gallons)!  The pump has been running for 2 hours, and we've pumped out less than a foot.  The rain has moved off to the east for now, but there is still a very good chance of rain for the next 3-5 days.  It looks like they'll be able to get back in and start working on Tuesday if we don't get any more rain.
