02-05-2012: Flip house, week 2
Rick has been working on removing old tile, carpeting, wall paper, cabinets, etc. He has also done some plumbing, sheetrocking, sanding, and repairing holes in walls.

01-19-2012: New Project!
We bought a little project for Rick in Wolfforth. It's a HUD foreclosure house. It had some interesting art on the walls and needs some work but will hopefully be a good investment. We hope to have it finished and back on the market in March or April. I'll try to update regularly.

Christmas was at our house this year for both of our families. We started the smoker on Christmas Eve as the snow started falling.
