 We had a successful trip to the tree farm last Saturday.  We ended up with 3 red oaks and 1 bur oak.

We're getting closer. The roof, some screens and paint were damaged in last week's hail storm.

The flip house is coming along. We've had a bit of weather excitement tonight and may possibly get that new roof on the flip house.

We worked on the dry river bed this afternoon. Who knew that was all it would take to have a major weather event. It's certainly not dry now!
