May 9, 2016

I spent some time at the trout pond on Friday afternoon and brought back these 2 nice ones.
We did a 3 hour MTB ride on Saturday afternoon (22 miles and almost 3000' of climbing) in cool and windy conditions, and I got to try out my new jersey.
We ran across these 4 wild horses on the Saturday ride.
Toby enjoys a warm, sunny window sill on Sunday morning.  Unfortunately, it was too cool and breezy after Friday to have the windows open.
Another 3 hour MTB ride on Sunday of about 21 miles with about 2300' of climbing in even colder and windier conditions.
Nearing the end of the Sunday ride.
The Western went all classy on Mother's Day.
That wasn't health food!

Finally found Bluff Springs waterfall after all these years.  We rode on Rio Penasco and Russia Canyon Roads.

Starting line for the Cat 2 men at the High Altitude Classic
First place Cat 3 women (50+).  Note the very swollen and blue right hand/fingers from my endo into a tree while pre-riding the course on Saturday.
Second place Cat 3 men (50+).  We both had a good race.
